My largest bronze edition to date, Catena X, is an enlarged version of a sculpture I carved in Italian Alabaster. I had the original sculpture 3D scanned, then enlarged in foam in order to have a multi-piece bronze mold created. The bronze is cast in multiple parts using the lost wax method, then welded together, sanded down, and hand-finished with one of my four specially-formulated patinas. The finished sculpture is 315 pounds of bronze.
