This piece was created at 11x14 inches and is a signed limited edition at that size. I can blow this print up to 28x22 and stay in beautiful quality. I would do 25 prints signed at that size. I do not limit smaller reproductions of this image. It was created in Paint Shop Pro with the help of a couple of photoshop plugins.
